THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR ENTRY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C. ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER
UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The DANNON® Dan-O-Nino™ Memorable Vacation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents currently
residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where
prohibited and anywhere not specifically listed herein. Employees, officers and directors of The Dannon Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its
parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or production agencies, Web masters/suppliers (and their IRS dependents,
immediate family members [spouse, parents, children, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related)
are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its
independent judging agency which are final and binding in all respects.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on March 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m.
EDT on June 30, 2012 or when all Code (as hereinafter defined) supplies have been exhausted, whichever occurs first (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO OBTAIN A CODE: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must first obtain a Code. To obtain a Code, look on packages of Dan-o-nino™ for a
6-digit code (“Code”). To receive a Code without making a purchase, hand print your date of birth and email address on a 3”x5” card or
piece of paper and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: DANNON Dan-o-nino™ Memorable Vacation Sweepstakes Code Request,
PO Box 4803, Greenwich, CT 06831. Requests must be postmarked by June 30, 2012 and received by July 6, 2012. Limit one (1) Code request
per postmarked outer envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due
mail/entries. Mechanical reproductions of Code requests will not be accepted. Upon receipt of a valid Code request, Sweepstakes administrator
will email a Code to the email address as written on the mail-in request. Only official Codes from the DANNON® Dan-o-nino™ Memorable Vacation
Sweepstakes are eligible. Mail-in requests become the property of the Sponsor, and none will be returned. All other codes are invalid and void.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Upon obtaining a Code, visit www.danonino.us.com (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to input your Code, register and
submit an entry into the random drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person/day for the entire Sweepstakes Period. A “Day” is defined as the 24 hours
between 12:00:00 a.m. EDT and the following 11:59:59 p.m. EDT except on March 15, 2012 when hours will be from 12:00:00 p.m. EDT through 11:59:59 p.m.
EDT and on June 30, 2012 when the hours will be from 12:00:00 a.m. EDT through 11:59:59 a.m. EDT. Entrants must have a valid email address. All codes
must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/6/12 to be eligible.
5. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about July 12, 2012 from among all eligible entries received by an independent
judging organization, whose decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
6. PRIZE DETAILS: Prize (1): Winner will receive one (1) 4 night/5 day vacation package for six (6) people to winner’s choice of either the DISNEYLAND®
Resort (in Anaheim, California) or the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort (near Orlando, Florida). The vacation package consists of: six (6) round-trip coach air
transportation between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence and either Orlando International Airport (if the vacation package
to the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort is selected) or an airport in Southern California (if the vacation package to the DISNEYLAND® Resort is selected); two (2)
standard rooms (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a deluxe hotel; six (6) round-trip ground transfers between the arrival
airport and the selected Resort; one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00); one (1) Disney’s PhotoPass® CD and one (1)
Disney’s PhotoPass® Book (provided in the form of a redemption certificate); services of one (1) Disney VIP Tour Guide for eight (8) hours on one (1) day;
VIP viewing for one (1) theme park parade or show for up to six (6) persons; and one (1) exclusive Disney Character Dining experience featuring Dan-o-nino™
products for six (6) persons. In addition, the vacation package to the DISNEYLAND® Resort includes six (6) 5-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets and
Fantasmic! Premium Viewing for six (6) persons. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the vacation package to the DISNEYLAND® Resort: $11,518.00. In addition,
the vacation package to the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort includes six (6) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option and a Fantasmic! Dining Package
for six (6) persons. ARV of the vacation package to the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort: $12,940.34. Applicable to both vacation packages: If winner resides within
250 miles of the selected Resort, air transportation and ground transfers will not be provided and the difference in value will not be provided to the winner.
Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to the winner at the time of notification. All vouchers, certificates and gift cards
are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. All prize-related events (including but not limited to parade or show selection, dining experience,
Fantasmic! viewing and/or dining experience and date of experience[s]) are at the discretion of Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney”), are based on availability
and restrictions apply. Theme park tickets are subject to restrictions. Travel must be taken and completed between August 1, 2012 and August 1, 2013 and
booked at least thirty (30) days prior to travel. No alternate travel dates available. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change and
certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but
not limited to, airline flights or tour) or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize
providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within
Sponsor’s discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Ground transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities, luggage
fees, incidental hotel charges, taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guests must have all
necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary.
If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, one of the travel guests must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor child may
accompany winner as a travel guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner or one of the guests. Minor(s) must be accompanied at all times
during vacation (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Once the travel
guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and
are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes.
Winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor
has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates
will not be replaced or exchanged. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not
be awarded. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize may be forfeited in its entirety. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize permitted,
except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event Sponsor or prize provider is unable to provide any portion of the prize, no compensation or substitution
will be provided for that portion of the prize; however, the remainder of the prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated
and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns are hereby released and discharged from any and all legal claims,
losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or that are in any way related to the vacation package, the receipt,
use and/or enjoyment of the vacation package and/or the Sweepstakes.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating and accepting the prize, winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian) represents that he/she understands that travel,
whether by plane, automobile, or other conveyance, or by foot, and in the air, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which
may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, or other agencies, known or unknown. Winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian) and his/her guests represent that they
recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the vacation. By entering participants (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if participants
are minors) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) that Sponsor, Disney and their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated entities, advertising and
promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are released, will have
no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any and all claims and liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s)
including, without limitation, death or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation
in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities including, without limitation, any travel related thereto; (b) except where legally prohibited, winner (and winner’s
parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the
use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without
additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval,
unless prohibited by law; (c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental,
consequential, multiple or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket
costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; (e) all claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (f) any portion of the prize
not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited; and (g) Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of winner to accept or use any prize (or any portion thereof) for any
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email, phone and/or mail on or about July 16, 2012. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address,
mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful,
a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of date of notification. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. If a
travel guest is a minor the release form must be signed by minor's parent or legal guardian. If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with
these Official Rules, if any required documents are not returned in a timely manner, if Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period,
or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any
reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant who will also be selected randomly, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have
been publicly announced. The value of any prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, on prizes and any other
costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are solely winner's responsibility, regardless of whether it, in whole or
in part, is used. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the retail value of the prize. Any unclaimed prize or portion of prize will not be awarded.
9. CODE VERIFICATION: Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged,
counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Sweepstakes materials contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other
error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (an “irregular Code”). Any attempt by an entrant to (a) participate in the Sweepstakes using irregular Codes, (b)
generate fraudulent Codes and/or (c) use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any other fraudulent mechanisms, as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to disqualify entrant in its reasonable discretion. Sole liability for an irregular Code is limited to replacement with a
free randomly selected Code, while supplies last during the Sweepstakes Period.
10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or non-delivered entries, Code
requests or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, telephone or other connections, availability
or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled,
delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether
human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or otherwise attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking,
deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives, as solely determined
by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify
any participant using such methods. The Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting
from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by Website users, human error, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and
assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or
unauthorized use of this Website. In case of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized account subscriber of the email account used to
enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber
is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an ISP, online service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning email
connection with this Sweepstakes. If a participant elects to receive occasional updates, special offers and other information from Disney and its affiliated and
associated companies about their products and services, participant’s information may be shared with those companies. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion
to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the
Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND
CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. GOVERNING LAW: By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these
Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of
New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and
local courts located in: (a) Westchester County, New York in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes (other than matters relating to the possession, misuse or use of any
prize in the Sweepstakes) and (b) Orange County, Florida in all matters relating to the possession, misuse or use of any prize in the Sweepstakes.
